5885AB is a two-component polyurethane system, that can be cured under normal temperatures and high temperatures, it forms a very high gloss and transparent coating for its applications.

Application:

5885AB can be widely used for coating nameplates, signage, soft LED strips, Car lights, and decorations. etc…

5885A/B is a two-component solvent-free room temperature curing epoxy potting adhesive. It is suitable for the packaging protection of products with higher thermal conductivity requirements in motors, automotive electronics, power tools, reactors, and meters, and has excellent adhesion and temperature resistance.

Operation:

1. Place A and B at a temperature of 15 to 25 ℃, with relative humidity lower than 70% for 12 hours.

2. Well-prepared the products you need to apply the material such as the PVC signage/nameplate, and metal signage/nameplate, put them into the oven to heat at the temperature of about 60℃ to clear the moisture on the surface.

3. Clear the dust and the oil on the surface of the signage/nameplate.

4. Weigh the A and the B by 1:1, and fully stir it.

5. Clear the bubbles with a vacuum machine(the mixture will not have bubbles at the -0.1 vacuum).

6. Take a clean syringe to draw the mixture and drop it to the surface of the well-prepared signage/nameplate. Normally the thickness is 2mm.

7. Look at the glue in 5 minutes, if there are some bubbles, use a pin to break the bubbles, or if there is some area that has not been covered by glue, use the pin to lead it.

8. Put the finished products in the oven at a temperature of about 60 to 80℃, it will be cured in 2 to 3.5 hours.
